Victoria (Vicky) Faunce started her career with Bristol County Savings Bank in 1994 and has experience in all areas of Residential Lending including origination, processing, underwriting, loan approval, closing, and grant writing. As a Mortgage Consultant with complete understanding of the mortgage process, Vicky educates homebuyers on credit, budgeting, and loan program options that work best for their particular financial situation. Her integrity, experience and industry knowledge ensure that her customers are shown a successful path toward homeownership. Vicky is ready to assist with financing purchases, construction and renovation, refinances and Equities. Vicky is a past president of the United Regional Young Professionals Organization and a member of the Realtor Association of South Eastern Massachusetts' Community Service Committee.
