As a CRA (Community Investment Act) Mortgage Consultant for Bristol County Savings Bank, Fadra Northrup specializes in working with low- to moderate-income first time homebuyers. She possesses a wealth of experience working closely with cities and affordable housing agencies throughout the region to coordinate down payment and closing costs assistance programs to make her customer’s dreams of home ownership a reality. Fluent in Portuguese, Fadra is committed to bettering the community she serves. She is a proud member of the Fall River/New Bedford Housing Partnership, the Rotary Club of Fall River and People Incorporated’s SMILES Mentoring Program. Fadra lives in Swansea, Massachusetts with her family.
